For Manufacturing Defects and Product Failure

We will inspect your pedal extenders and contact you within 72 hours upon receipt to give the results of our inspection.
There is no charge for inspection. There is no charge for return shipping. Once we determine your product is under warranty we will send a replacement immediately.

For Incorrect Items Shipped

Notify us immediately if a incorrect product has been shipped to you. We will provide a postage paid label and tracking number for you to send the items back.
We will ship the correct items out to you as soon as the product you have sent has been received and reviewed by our shipping department.
